Located at the boarder of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguai, the falls
are an unique spectacle that attracts tourists from all over the world.
The Itaipu Dam nearby is the largest electric plant in the world. The
Iguaçu Falls are made of over 275 different waterways that upon
joining, crash 80 meters into the chasm below. On the brazilian side,
the falls are part of a 425.000 acre National Park in which the Hotel
das Cataratas is located. Craft lovers can choose among a large
selection of wollen and leather goods.

Walking tour through path footbridges and belvederes. The bottom of the
falls can also be reached by a panoramic elevator. For those staying in
hotels other than the Cataratas, this tour includes tranfers to and from

ITAIPU POWER PLANT

The largest hidroelectric power plant in the world. Includes technical
explanations, documentary movie on the construction and ride through the
binational area and the site of the power plant. On the return trip, the
bus rides along the Itaipu lake and the Village of Itaipu. |

MACUCO BOAT SAFARI

A.M and at at 14:00 P.M.. Approximate duration: 3 hours.
Transfer in vehicle to the Iguaçu National Park, to board jeeps (for
3Km) and a 600m walk to the Falls. In safe open boats, cruise up the Iguaçu
River, being able to get close to the Falls. |

ARGENTINA FALLS TOUR

Crossing the frontier between Brazil and Argentina. On the argentinean
side, the Devil's Gorge, the San Martin Falls, Dos Hermanos, Bosetti, Adam
